According to Ripin, youths who are registered voters are responsible and more inclined to grow into mature and rational persons as well as being able to distinguish between good and bad in life. “We firmly believed that a mature and rational generation of youth could help reduced social ills like drug addictions and casual sex among youths,” he said.
